If you have forgotten your QMobile password or PIN and cannot access your device, you may need to perform a factory reset to unlock it. Here are the steps to reset your QMobile without a password:
- Turn off your QMobile device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up button and Power button simultaneously until the QMobile logo appears on the screen.
- Once the QMobile logo appears, release the Power button but keep holding the Volume Up button until the Android recovery menu appears.
- Use the Volume buttons to navigate to the “Wipe data/factory reset” option and press the Power button to select it.
- On the next screen, select “Yes – delete all user data” using the Volume buttons and press the Power button to confirm.
- Wait for the reset process to complete. Once it is finished, you will see the message “Data wipe complete” on the screen.
- Use the Volume buttons to navigate to the “Reboot system now” option and press the Power button to restart your QMobile device.
After the device restarts, it will be reset to its factory settings, and you will be able to set up your device as if it were brand new. Keep in mind that all your data, including contacts, messages, and files, will be permanently deleted during the reset process.
