How to Access GMX Mail in MacOS Mail

in This tutorial i will tell you how to access GMX Mail in Macos mail. You can set up macos mail to sync and provide seamless access to GMX mail or other Online E-mail folders. With IMAP and POP access, you can set up your email client.

How to Access GMX mail in MacOS mail using POP

1. Open mail and select Mail > Preferences.
2. Select Other mail Account > continue.
3. in the Name text field, enter your full name,
4. Enter email Address and password.
5. select Sign in button.
6. under account Type, make sure POP is selected.
7. under Description, enter GMX mail.
8. Under incoming mail server, type pop gmx.com.
9. under Username , enter your full GMX mail address
10. select continue.
11. Under Description, enter GMX mail.
12. under outgoing mail server, type mail.gmx.com
13. Verify that use only this server is checked, use authentication is checked, and that your ful GMX mail address is listed under user Name.
14. select /continue > create.
15. Close the Accounts preferences windows.

How to Access GMX mail in MacOS mail using IMAP

1. Open mail and select mail . Preferences.
2. Select the Accounts tab.
3. At the bottom of Accounts pane, select the + Button.
4. Select other mail account > continue.
5. in the Name text field, enter your full name.
6. enter email address & password.
7. Select sign in.
8. Under Account type, make sure IMAP is selected.
9. Under Description, enter GMX mail.
10. Under incoming mail server, type imap.gmx.com
11. Under user name,enter your full GMX mail address
12. select continue.
13. under description and outgoing mail server, enter GMX mail.
14. Under outgoing mail server, type Mail.gmx.com
15. Select continue>create.
16. close the accounts preferences windows and open the sent folder under GMX MAil
17. From the menu, select mailbox> use This mailbox for > sent.
18. Under GMX mail, select Trash folder.
19. From the menu, select mailbox> use This mailbox for > Send
20. Under GMX mail, select the spam folder.
21. From the menu, select mailbox > use this mailbox for > sent.
22. Under GMX MAil, select the junk folder.
